Day 1: Home Row Basics
Rest your left index on F and right index on J (feel the bumps). Keep fingers curved and wrists flat.

Reach upwards from the home row without moving your entire arm. Reach E with middle finger, R with index, U with right index, I with right middle.

Transition smoothly between rows. Do not look down at the keyboard; trust your finger muscle memory.
Day 6: Bottom Row Mastery
The bottom row requires gentle downward finger curling. Use left ring finger for X, middle for C, index for V/B, right index for N/M.
Day 7: Full Alphabet Pangrams
End of Week 1 Foundation! Practice sentences containing every single letter of the English alphabet.
Day 8: Capital Letters & Shift Coordination
Hold Right Shift with your right pinky when capitalizing letters with your left hand. Hold Left Shift for right-hand letters.
Day 9: Space Bar Timing & Fluid Rhythm
Strike the space bar precisely after the last character of each word. Do not pause before or after spacing.
Day 10: Zero-Backspace Accuracy Drill
Train yourself to resist pressing backspace. Slow down just enough to ensure 100% precision on every stroke.
Day 11: Punctuation & Sentence Structure
Reach for comma with middle finger and period with ring finger. Use right pinky for semicolon, quote, and question mark.
Day 12: Top Number Row (1-0)
Reach straight up from the top row to the number row. Practice feeling distances without shifting your home position.
Day 13: Special Characters & Symbols
Master Shift + Number combinations. These are critical for government alphanumeric data entry, programming, and technical office work.
Day 14: Week 2 Comprehensive Accuracy Test
Midway checkpoint! Maintain at least 93% accuracy across this diverse passage with mixed capitalization and punctuation.
Day 15: Common N-Grams & Bigram Flow
Do not type letter by letter. See the bigrams as single finger motor patterns (e.g. "th", "ion", "ment", "ing").
Day 16: Speed Burst 1 (Short Words Sprint)
Allow your fingers to glide quickly through short high-frequency words without conscious thought.
Day 17: Difficult & Polysyllabic Words
Break long words into chunks mentally while your fingers execute the sequence smoothly.
Day 18: Speed Burst 2 (Target: 30 WPM)
Push your finger speed while keeping errors below 7%. Look one or two words ahead of what you are currently typing.
Day 19: Long Compound Sentences & Punctuation
Maintain sustained speed across complex subordinate clauses, dashes, semicolons, and quotations.
Day 20: Paragraph Rhythm & Endurance (32 WPM)
Keep your shoulders relaxed and breathing steady. Do not tense your neck or wrists as you maintain 32+ WPM.
Day 21: Week 3 Speed Milestone Challenge (35 WPM)
Week 3 final milestone! Prove your readiness for government exam standards by hitting 35 WPM with 95% accuracy.
Day 22: Government Exam Evaluation Rules
Familiarize yourself with the 5 strokes = 1 word formula and net error deduction systems used in public service commissions.
Day 23: Data Entry & Alphanumeric Master Drill
Type mixed names, identification numbers, addresses, and currency amounts with rapid transitions.
