Refund & Cancellation Policy

At asdf.oedu.in (operated by OfferPlant Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), we strive to deliver transparent, reliable, and high-performance digital education software for candidates and coaching institutes.

1. Student Annual Pass (₹199/Year)

Since our software grants immediate digital access to practice tests, audio engines, and lesson tracks upon registration, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the course has been accessed. However, in the event of double billing or technical payment failures, 100% refund is processed within 5–7 working days.

2. Institute License (₹999 for 50 Students)

Institute packs come with lifetime validity (No Expiry) and instant seat allocations. If an institute encounters verified technical incompatibility within 48 hours of purchase that cannot be resolved by our engineering team, a full refund may be requested.

3. Refund Request Process

To request assistance or report billing anomalies, email the billing department of OfferPlant Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at billing@offerplant.com with your transaction ID and registered email.
